Our Story

Generoso Consulting was founded by Francisco “Frank” Generoso in 2003 to help organizations strengthen communication and resolve workplace conflict.

What began as a small consultancy offering de-escalation training has grown into a national team serving Fortune 500 companies, schools, and government agencies.

Our mission remains the same: to help people work better together through empathy, clarity, and authentic leadership.

Frank is a bilingual trainer and facilitator with over 15 years of experience helping organizations improve communication, de-escalation, and leadership. His career began in law enforcement, where he coached new recruits in the field before founding Generoso Consulting in 2003.

Since then, Frank has worked with Fortune 500 companies and public institutions, training teams to create trust, resolve conflict, and serve with empathy. Based in New Jersey, he enjoys family time with his wife Monica and supporting organizations such as the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and Easter Seals.

Monica holds a BBA and MS Ed. from Iona College and certifications in Coaching, Social Emotional Learning, Educational Leadership, and Business Leadership.
